Welcome to Woodall Coaching LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website (the “Site”) or participating in our coaching services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Nature of Our Services

Woodall Coaching LLC provides retirement transition coaching and education focused on non-financial aspects of retirement, including: identity, purpose, priorities, well-being, relationships and connection, and meaning and legacy. We do not provide: investment advice, financial planning, tax advice, legal advice, securities recommendations, or investment management. We are not a Registered Investment Advisor, broker-dealer, CPA, or law firm. All content and coaching discussions are for educational and personal development purposes only. You remain solely responsible for your financial, legal, medical, and personal decisions.

2. Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process designed to support reflection, growth, and clarity during life transitions. Coaching may include structured conversations, guided exercises, education, strategic thinking, and accountability support. Coaching does not guarantee outcomes or specific results. Your experience and results depend on your personal effort, decisions, and circumstances.

3. Coaching Is Not Therapy or Healthcare

Woodall Coaching LLC provides coaching services only. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical care, or healthcare of any kind. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, emotional distress, or psychological challenges, we strongly encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional or qualified healthcare provider. Participation in coaching does not create a therapist-client, medical, or healthcare provider relationship.

4. International Clients

We work with clients worldwide. If you access our Site or services from outside the United States, you are responsible for ensuring that doing so complies with your local laws. You understand and agree that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms for coaching packages will be clearly communicated before purchase. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment is required before services being and are non-refundable once coaching services have commenced. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials on this Site — including text, branding, graphics, downloads, exercises, and other content — are the property of Woodall Coaching LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell our materials without written permission. You may share links to our Site, but not reproduce our content.

7. Acceptable Use of Website

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, or interfere with Site functionality or security. We may restrict or terminate access to the Site if these Terms are violated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Colorado law:

Woodall Coaching LLC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or consequences resulting from:

  • Retirement timing decisions

  • Career or lifestyle changes

  • Changes in relationships

  • Emotional outcomes

  • Loss of income or opportunities

  • Any actions taken based on coaching discussions

Coaching is an educational and reflective process. You remain fully responsible for your personal and professional decisions. Your use of this Site and participation in coaching is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Woodall Coaching LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or participation in coaching services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Colorado.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site or services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
