RETIREMENT COACHING INTENSIVES
Dedicated time to thoughtfully design what’s next.
For individuals and couples who want a focused, immersive retirement coaching experience creating clarity, direction, and a personalized blueprint for the years ahead.
Retirement deserves more than a quick conversation.
Retirement is one of life's biggest transitions. Yet many people spend years preparing financially while giving far less thought to how they want to actually live once work is no longer shaping their days.
You may be preparing for retirement and wanting to approach it thoughtfully. You may be newly retired and realizing the transition is bigger than you expected. Or perhaps you've been retired for years and know there's more possibility, purpose, enjoyment, or fulfillment available than you've experienced so far.
A Retirement Coaching Intensive provides dedicated time and space to step back from everyday responsibilities, focus on the bigger picture, and create clarity about the road ahead.
Rather than spreading the work across months, we'll spend one or two focused days exploring what matters most and designing a retirement that's aligned with your values, priorities, and vision for the future.
You may be wondering…
What do I want the next 10, 20, or 30 years to look like?
How do I make the most of this season of life?
What priorities should guide my decisions moving forward?
Where do I begin when there are so many possibilities ahead?
How do I move from thinking about retirement to intentionally creating it?
You don't need to have all the answers before we begin. The purpose of the intensive is to create dedicated time and space to explore these questions thoughtfully, identify what matters most, and develop a clear vision for the years ahead.
How a Retirement Coaching Intensive works…
Your retirement blueprint.
Using the Retirement Architecture framework, we'll explore the areas of life that contribute to a meaningful, engaging, and enjoyable retirement.
-
Who are you beyond your career, responsibilities, and previous roles? Together we'll explore what gives this season of life meaning, purpose, direction, and fulfillment.
-
Retirement creates an opportunity to be more intentional about how you spend your time, energy, and attention. We'll identify what matters most and use those priorities to guide future decisions.
-
How do you want your days, weeks, and years to look and feel? We'll think intentionally about the experiences, activities, routines, and opportunities that will shape your retirement.
-
Retirement often changes the way we relate to partners, family members, friends, and others. We'll explore how to strengthen important relationships and navigate changes that come with this season of life.
-
Meaningful connection remains important throughout retirement. We'll consider where you'll find community, connection, contribution, and a sense of belonging.
-
A fulfilling retirement is supported by physical, emotional, cognitive, relational, and spiritual well-being. We'll explore what helps you stay healthy, energized, engaged, and able to fully participate in the life you want to create.
-
Without work providing structure, many retirees discover they need new routines and rhythms. We'll think about what creates momentum, satisfaction, balance, and purpose in everyday life.
-
Retirement creates space to pursue interests, experiences, and opportunities that may have been postponed for years. We'll explore what brings joy, curiosity, excitement, and a sense of possibility.
-
Many people reach a point where they begin asking how they want to make a difference moving forward. We'll explore the impact, contribution, and legacy you hope to create in this chapter of life.
Together, we'll explore how these areas fit together and influence the quality of your retirement experience.
